Pet, Companion, Friend

After close to 14 years in the family, Buddy was put to sleep this morning at 10:20am. I can't express enough my love for Buddy or his impact on our lives. As a tribute to the good times, I've collected as many pictures as I could find, good or bad, and will post them below. Rest In Peace Buddy, you will be missed.

Till we meet again.

7 Month Pictures!

The two most beautiful women in my life!

When one picture just isn't enough. :)

My big girl sitting in the recliner all by herself, just as happy as can be.

Ok, so maybe she can be happier! CHEESE!

Playtime! Look, I have teeth!

CHEESE! She has the funniest happy faces!

AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

Ok, she really is happy here, I PROMISE!

She's growing so fast, we can't believe that she's 7 months already! Hopefully you enjoyed the pictures, there will be more to come soon! (At least by 8 months or so. :)

Fun in Philly!

Towards the end of January our little family took a trip out to Philadelphia to work a little and play a lot! Kimmie got to meet her cousins Luke, Tag and Wes. We visited with Jim and Meredith, saw the Liberty Bell and a statue of Ben Franklin in a toga, ate a true Philly Cheese Steak (Yes, the one with CHEESE WIZ!) and had the worlds best Mac & Cheese (according to food network.)

Almost.... got... it...
This was Kimmie's first commercial flight and we had quite a few people stop and comment on her throughout the flight and trip. We have the cutest baby in the world. I dare you to prove me wrong.

Kimmie enjoying the hotel room. Thanks for letting us use your blanket Meredith!

Redding Terminal Market. This is pretty much the coolest indoor market I've ever experienced. There was a little bit of everything available from fresh produce, fish, honey, Amish goods, the best mac & cheese as well as a used book store?? I don't think that I could ever take a trip back to Philly without visiting this place.

Our SECOND visit to Redding Terminal Market. Did I mention that this place is awesome? This is Stephanie feeding Kimmie while we ate lunch.

LOVE

Steph, Luke & Kimmie admiring the Liberty Bell.

This is my attempt to be an "artsy" photographer. Did it work?

Our little bear and her bug out in the cold while we toured the historic district. We love you Kimmie!

Late Christmas Post

It's been quite some time since we've updated our blog so here are a few pictures from Kimmie's first Christmas! (As a side note, these also count as her 6 month pictures since she was 6 months old the day after.)

This really is how she is about 98% of the time. Just happy and content. :)

Everybody loves Kimmie! (Especially cousin Molly!)

The cutest cousins ever in matching Christmas jammies!

Too much excitement! It's time for a Christmas nap.

I LOVE SANTA! Thanks Aunt Cindy for the cute skirt and bow!
